Hi, I’m Vic.
The founder of ReBuild with Vic, a naturopath and personal trainer passionate about helping women rebuild their health, strength, and confidence.
My journey with health and fitness is deeply personal. I struggled with my weight for most of my life and spent years trying to understand how to truly take care of my body. Through training, nutrition, and discipline, I eventually reached the best shape of my life and developed a strong passion for helping others do the same. However, after becoming a mom, my body went through another major transformation. Due to complications during pregnancy, I gained over 75 pounds postpartum, which forced me to restart my journey all over again.
This time, my approach was different.
I began to understand that health and body composition are not only about workouts and calories, but also about hormones, metabolism, stress, digestion, and overall lifestyle balance. This experience led me to pursue studies in naturopathy, where I focused on understanding how the body works on a deeper level, especially when it comes to hormones, metabolic health, and sustainable wellness.
Today, I combine my experience as a trainer with my knowledge in natural health to help women take a more complete approach to their transformation. My goal is not just to help women lose weight, but to help them rebuild their bodies, improve their health, and create habits that support long-term well-being. Through ReBuild by Vic, I help women reconnect with their bodies, feel stronger , confident and create a lifestyle that allows them to thrive physically and mentally.

The Rebuild Method is a structured, holistic approach designed to help women transform their bodies by working with their physiology not against it.

This method was created from real experience. After pregnancy, hormone imbalances, weight gain, and doing everything “right” but still not seeing results… it became clear that fat loss isn’t just about eating less and moving more. Your body has to be supported before it can change.

I’m someone who understands firsthand what it feels like to struggle with your body and your health. My own experiences shaped my passion for helping women feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to themselves through fitness and wellness.

After becoming a mother, I faced a significant physical setback that required me to start over. That experience changed how I viewed health and transformation. Instead of focusing only on exercise and calories, I began exploring the deeper factors that influence how we feel and function every day.

To better support this approach, I pursued studies in naturopathy, focusing on hormonal balance, metabolic health, and sustainable wellness. Today, I combine my background in fitness with my knowledge of natural health to guide women toward meaningful, lasting results.

Based on your goals, you’ll have different options moving forward:

Sessions are focused on training, technique, and progression during your time together. (This option does not include a personalized workout or meal plan outside of sessions.)
✦ Online Coaching (3-month program):
Includes a fully personalized workout plan, nutrition plan, and weekly check-ins with ongoing adjustments.
✦ Standalone Plans:
If you’re not looking for ongoing coaching, you can also choose a one-time workout and/or meal plan. -
